We’re at The Game Awards right now. Reggie is here, so’s Notch and Kiefer. We’re sort of starstruck. Before is lovely, so is Adr1ft. And we’ve just shown a new trailer for No Man’s Sky on the stage… We hope you enjoy it!

Portal is just one story that you can find yourself writing as you play No Man’s Sky. It also reveals five ways you’ll travel the galaxy: walking across the surface of planets, flying in their atmospheres, jetting into space, warping between systems and finding mysterious portals, which take you … somewhere…

That wasn’t all, though! We announced something really special. 65daysofstatic are the band behind both the tracks featured on No Man’s Sky trailers so far, Debutante and Pacify, and they are making an album of music for the game. Tonight they debuted a track from it!

We’ve been huge fans of them for the longest time, and in fact, we’ve forever imagined No Man’s Sky against their music. To have them write music especially for No Man’s Sky is just amazing 🙂

This is just the start for us this weekend. Watch out for more at PlayStation Experience tomorrow, including A Night Under No Man’s Sky tomorrow night, 9pm Pacific Central Time. We’re so excited.
